FILTER REGENERATION
Which types of industrial filters can be regenerated?+
We regenerate cylindrical and conical cartridges, flat and pocket panels and rigid cells. Treatable media include polyester and polypropylene, including antistatic, PTFE-treated and oil/water-repellent versions.
How many times can the same filter be regenerated?+
It depends on the filter media, contaminant and operating conditions. A cartridge can generally be regenerated several times. After every cycle we verify integrity and efficiency before return.
How much can regeneration save compared with new filters?+
Average savings are around 50% compared with a new filter, plus avoided disposal costs, which are approximately €2/kg of filter material.
How do I know when it is time to regenerate the filters?+
The reference parameter is differential pressure. When it reaches the specified threshold, regeneration is due. EmissioniOK!® provides continuous remote monitoring and automatic notification.
Can a bag-filter system be converted to cartridges?+
Yes, subject to a feasibility study. We analyse the dust and plant airflow. Conversion can increase filter area, simplify maintenance and enable regeneration.
Is regeneration consistent with ISO 14001 and ESG criteria?+
Yes. Regeneration is fully consistent with circular-economy, waste-reduction and reuse principles and is adopted by many certified companies for environmental objectives.

NEW SPARE PARTS
Do you supply parts for all filtration-system brands?+
Yes. We supply original and compatible filters and parts for systems from any manufacturer. We are also exclusive distributors of AERON® and Kitfilter®.
Which spare parts are available?+
Filter cartridges, bags, panels, cells, activated-carbon filters, oil-mist filters and accessories including cages, venturis, solenoid valves, cleaning timers and differential gauges.
Can you hold spare parts in stock for us?+
Yes. We offer customer-dedicated stock so parts are immediately available when needed, avoiding last-minute orders and plant downtime.
How can I request a spare-parts quotation?+
Send the plant manufacturer and model, filter code and quantity, with photos if possible. We reply within 24–48 hours with a quotation for original and/or compatible parts.
Are compatible parts the same quality as originals?+
Our compatible parts are selected from qualified manufacturers and meet the original dimensional and performance specifications. In many cases they are made by the same subcontractors used by original brands.
What are the delivery times?+
Common parts are delivered within a few working days. Lead times for special or custom filters are stated in the quotation. With our stock service, agreed parts are immediately available.

ENGINEERING AND DESIGN
What consulting services do you provide?+
Technical specifications, plant sizing, feasibility studies, existing-system audits, regulatory-compliance reviews and works supervision.
Which industries do you serve?+
All sectors requiring extraction and filtration: mechanical, pharmaceutical, food, steel, wood, ceramics, foundries, aerospace and many others.
Which pollutants can you treat?+
Welding and cutting fumes; metal, wood, ceramic, mineral, pharmaceutical and food dust; chemical vapours, process gases, solvents, odours and VOCs.
Can you support the air-emissions permitting process?+
Yes. We assist with assessments and documentation for substantial and non-substantial changes and with communication with the competent authorities.
Are you tied to any system manufacturer?+
No. We are independent, are not system manufacturers and do not resell on behalf of one supplier. This allows advice without conflicts of interest.
What is the difference between consulting and the Turnkey Project?+
Consulting is a specific technical service. The Turnkey Project covers survey, design, bill of quantities and 2–3 comparable proposals from qualified suppliers.
Topic
TURNKEY PROJECT
What does the Turnkey Project include?+
Plant survey, technical design and sizing, detailed bill of quantities and selection of qualified suppliers. You receive a dossier with 2–3 comparable proposals ready for decision.
How much does the service cost?+
Cost depends on plant complexity. We provide a quotation after an initial discussion. Supplier competition and optimum sizing generally save more than the consulting fee.
How do you ensure supplier-selection independence?+
We have no exclusive commercial agreements with suppliers. Companies are selected for competence in the specific application and all answer the same technical specification.
Can you supervise installation?+
Yes. On request, we supervise installation, functional testing and plant commissioning.
Is the service suitable for modifications to existing systems?+
Yes. It is suitable for new systems, expansions, upgrades and refurbishment of existing systems.

EMISSIONIOK!® — PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
What is EmissioniOK!® and how does it work?+
An all-in-one air-emissions management contract including continuous remote differential-pressure monitoring, proactive alerts, annual survey and maintenance reporting for the mandatory register.
Why is continuous monitoring important?+
It shows filter condition without physical inspection. Remote data and alerts help intervene neither too early nor too late.
Which regulatory duties does EmissioniOK!® cover?+
It supports duties under Italian Legislative Decree 152/2006, Part V, including intervention records, permit-prescribed maintenance and analysis records.
What are the risks of missing required maintenance?+
Failure to comply with permit conditions may carry criminal penalties under Article 279. Poorly maintained filters also increase energy use, downtime risk and potential emission-limit exceedance.
Does the service include advice on emission modifications?+
Yes, as an additional service, including assessment, permitting documentation and liaison with competent authorities.
Can EmissioniOK!® be combined with regeneration?+
Yes. When monitoring identifies the need, regeneration is handled directly with priority for EmissioniOK!® customers.

RETROFIT & REVAMPING
What is the manual-reconstruction service for ageing filters?+
We reconstruct operating and maintenance manuals where original documentation is missing, for example when the manufacturer has closed or no longer offers support.
When is plant recertification required?+
Assessment may be required after undocumented modifications, missing original CE marking or loss of manufacturer support. The specific legal position must be verified case by case.
What does recertification include?+
Machinery conformity review, risk assessment, ATEX review where applicable, electrical-system verification, technical file and conformity documentation.
How much does revamping cost compared with a new system?+
Typical savings are 40–60% because work focuses on critical components such as fan, cleaning system and instrumentation while retaining a sound structure.
Can you supply parts for systems whose manufacturers no longer exist?+
Yes. We identify compatible parts and include readily available equivalent codes in the reconstructed manual.
Does revamping include regulatory upgrading?+
Yes. Each project reviews current requirements and, where necessary, updates safety devices and final documentation.
